Cancellation Policy

Short term stay:
- Reservation cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid Cancellation Charge of one
night room charge, for short term stay,

- If the guest does not arrive to the hotel/apartment during the expected date of arrival, a No-show
Charge of one night room charge will be levied on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation

MONTHLY STAY:
- Cancellation charge - cancellation less than and 15 days prior to arrival for long term stay.
7  night accommodation charge is applicable.

- No Show – 15 nights accommodation charge is applicable
For stays of 30 nights or more


Check In and Check Out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 pm.
For check-in before standard time is subject to room availability. For early morning check-in, a
reservation for one night advance with charge of an additional full day is recommended.
Standard check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Late check-out requests for periods after the standard time is subject to a Late Check-out Charge of
50% discount from the existing room rate or will be offered as a compliment based on availability. A
Full-day Charge will be levied for any late check-out after 6:00 pm.


Children Policy
- There is no charge for children under the age of 12 yrs. sharing room with parent (without extra
bed)


Early Bird and RATE AND PAYMENT METHOD
- Booking must be made at least ONE month (30days) in advance
- Requires full prepayment and no refunds are provided for any amendments and/or cancellations.
- Your credit card will be debited for the whole stay period at the time of the booking


Term and Condition
-       All room rates are in Thailand Baht Nett inclusive of service charges and the prevailing
government taxes.
- The above rates are subject to room availability and may change from one day to another while the
reservation is not confirmed.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by Credit Card for the reservation to be confirmed.
- Guests who have used their own credit card or Visa/MasterCard credit card for purchase of the
accommodation must also present their payment card together with their personal identification (ID
card or passport) during check-in.
