- Passport, photo I.D. card required when

- Minimum 3 months contract terms.
- Rent payment for the 1st month will be
calculated upon actual staying days. (Pro Rate)
- Over due stay charged at Baht 800.00 per
night
- If do not complete contract terms, deposit
will not be refunded at any conditions.
- Strictly NO drugs, weapons, gambling, arms,
illegal activities, no pets allowed, no gas
cooking.
- We do not provide bedding set
- We reserve the right to change all rates,
charges, terms without advance notice.
